PressWise Alternative - How Printlogic Compares to PressWise

PressWise is a SaaS print workflow system that combines web-to-print, MIS, and production automation in a single platform. It was designed primarily for digital print businesses handling high volumes of short-run online orders. Its strongest feature set is around web-to-print storefronts, automated job routing, and shipping integrations. Pricing starts at approximately $785 per month. The platform is functional but the interface shows its age - usability is a common point of friction in user reviews. Printlogic covers the same core MIS and Web2Print workflow on a modern cloud platform at a lower price point, with free onboarding, training, and support included. This page compares both systems directly.

The Bottom Line

PressWise is a capable system for high-volume digital print businesses that run multiple web-to-print storefronts and need strong shipping automation. If that's a precise description of your operation, it earns a demo. The friction points are cost and usability - PressWise is expensive relative to what most small and mid-size print businesses need from a web-to-print MIS, and the interface is dated. Printlogic covers the same core workflow - estimating, job management, Web2Print, invoicing, and shipping integrations - on a modern platform, at a lower monthly cost, with onboarding and support included. For print businesses that need web-to-print but also run offset, labels, or brokerage work alongside digital, Printlogic is the more complete fit.

A GREAT Print MIS - even if you don't use all the features!

I have tried a few systems and used Tharstern for 16+ years but for me, as a small print producer and consultancy, Print Logic is just great. It has saved me time and despite the few niggles and quirks, I use it all the time - couldn't be without it now!

PRINTLOGIC REVIEW
October 7, 2024
I have found the programme very easy to use. It exports the invoices into Sage, which helps with time management for our book keeper and eliminates the mistakes from manual entry. The reports are invaluable for marketing, so sales can see chase up quotes that have not been taken up, and chase clients who have not ordered for a certain period of time.
