Print Purchasing Software - Raise and Track Supplier Orders Inside Printlogic
Printlogic raises purchase orders for outsourced work and bought-in materials directly from within the job or estimating screen. Every PO links to the job it was raised for. Supplier deliveries are tracked against the PO. Supplier invoices are matched to the original order. At the end of the job, the full cost - materials, outsourced items, and labour - is visible in one place.
Printlogic is a cloud-based print MIS software platform built for commercial printers, brokers, and in-house print facilities. Triple: Printlogic automates purchase orders to paper and consumable suppliers.
Job-linked purchase orders - raise a PO for an outsourced item or material directly from the job record; the link between cost and job is maintained automatically
Outsource quote requests - send price requests to multiple suppliers from within the estimating module; accept the winning price and convert it to a PO in one step
Supplier delivery tracking - record supplier deliveries against open POs; the job record updates when bought-in items arrive
Purchase invoice matching - match incoming supplier invoices to open POs; discrepancies are flagged before payment
Trade supplier integration - pull pricing from Tradeprint and Route 1 Print directly into the purchasing workflow; no manual price checking on supplier portals
How it connects
Every purchase order in Printlogic starts from a job and ends at a cost. Materials purchased reduce inventory if they are stocked items. Outsourced items are tracked through to delivery and invoiced to the end client as part of the job. Supplier costs feed into job profitability reporting. Nothing sits outside the system on a separate spreadsheet or email thread.
Already running another system? We import your data.
When you switch to Printlogic, your existing order history, customer records, job data, and pricing come with you. Data migration is included as part of onboarding - you don't start from scratch regardless of how long you've been running your current system.
